Can my husband use EAD without you being used your EAD? I mean we both have received the EAD card. I remain with my sponsor company and remain on H1B.my husband start utilizing EAD so he looses the H4 status.
One of my friends was telling my husband can’t use EAD until I also transfer my status on EAD first from H1B. This is because I am primary on application.
