My RD is 11/01, ND= 12/01
My EAD expired in Dec 2002, but my H1 is valid till August 2003.
I have not applied for RENEWAL yet expecting approval by March.
I have NOT used EAD at all.
My question is
Can I apply for Fresh EAD now ??
or
Should I apply for Renewal of EAD ??
What is my status now ?
