Hi
My I-140 is approved and my priority is already current.
I have applied for my H1B extension last week and I am yet to receive the receipt notice. I can apply for the I-485 along with the EAD and AP. While these are pending, what happens if my H1B extension is rejected? Can I still work in USA while my EAD is pending? Or do I have to leave the USA? If I can stay in USA, how long am I allowed to stay in USA while the EAD is pending?
