Me and my wife have received EAD. Now my H1 expiring on Jan 1, 2003. Do I need to renew H1?
IF No, Then what abot my kids, are they legal? Their I 485 is in process too but as we all know they don't receive any document other than 485 receipt.
Please help me as I am know very little about any of the issues.
