Hi,
I applied for 140, 485. Got a query and in the process of replying to that query.
Few days (Infact 3 - 4 months ) back I observed that , my H1-B got expired. But I have a EAD.
Keeping EAD in mind I was feeling safe. Recently one of my friend saying that
I can't work on EAD. At this stage is it complousary for me to have H1-B ?
Please advise.
