Hello -
I am currently on an H1B and I also hold a *dependent* EAD (wife's green card process). I will be starting full time school in Fall 2005 and I was wondering about the caveats of enrolling full time in school on a dependent EAD. I will be quitting my job (and hence losing my H1B) but I will have legal status on the EAD. We are awaiting I-485 approval.
Anyone been/is in a similar situation?
