EAD and Employment

Hello all,

Question,

I just recieved an employment offer (Full Time) position and a very lucrative offer, which do not want to pass up. Unfortunately don't know if the employer will sponsor my H1 B or not, so don't know if i can do an AC21. I have my EAD approved and the reciept notice was approved on Oct 26-2007.
My I-140 was approved on Nov-1-2007.

I am very desperate and need this job. Can i use my EAD, if yes is there duration i have to wait. If i use my EAD can my current employer cancel my I 485 which is pending. What is my obligation to my current employer. I have looked at quite a few of the threads, i did not find any specifics. Please help me.

The recruiter will call in the morning to let me know about the H1 sponsorship issue, i have tell him weather there is an issue with using the EAD. Please help.

what is the RD(receipt) and ND(Notice) of your I-485 petition?
If it is more than 180 days(on both dates , to be safe, since filing) and your I-140 is approved you can use AC21 provision. How ever your new job profile must be same or similar to the one mentioned in Labor Cert(LC). You should not make less then what is mentioned in LC.I 485 is your petition; employer can not revoke it. Employer can revoke I-140; but then AC21 covers that if you meet the abovesaid conditions. No one benefits from bridge burning; so part on friendly terms if possible.
