Hi my situation is as follows - I have used 5 years of my H1 and moved to Canada since one year. I will be staying here for 2 more years. I wish to use this time to apply for my US greencard using consular processing
and wish to go back to the US only when I get a EAD so that my wife can work.Is it possible to do such a thing?
1) What are current priority dates for Labor and these days how soon is labor cleared?
2) What are current priority dates for I-140 and usually these days how long does it take to clear it?
3)After labor is cleared - can application for I-140,Consular processing ( instead of 485 in my case) and EAD all three done at same time?
4) If so, how long usually does it take to get EAD..
I would really appreciate any response to any/all of my questions..
