Here's my 2 cents on the documentation:

Yes, you can send all the applications in one package. But make sure that you write separate checks for each application. Put the photos and the checks up front. Separate each application package with paper clips. You can just send one copy of your passport. Send only photocopies, no originals. No need for 140 approval copy, pay stubs, driver's license, marriage certificate and employment letter. Make sure you copy both the front and back of the I-94. Write your name and A# on each check.

Yes, you can definitely send all applications in one package. But, separate them out internally per applicant. I sent out applications for me and my husband earlier and got back receipts before I got confirmation from USPS.

here is what we attached per applicant

1. Form I-131, Application for Advance Parole;
2. 2 photographs for advance parole application;
3. 1 check in the amount of $110 for I-131 fee;
4. Copy of I-485 receipt for advance parole application;
5. Copy of driver’s license for advance parole application;
6. Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization;
7. 2 photographs for employment authorization application;
8. Copy of I-485 receipt for employment authorization application;
9. Copy of previous employment authorizations;
10. Copy of I-94 for employment authorization application;
11. 1 check in the amount of $120 for I-765 fee.

If you had any previous EADs other than thru 485 application, make a copy of those and send them with the application.

Thanks for your immediate reply

Thanks a lot..niti ,mavishka

One more question..

After posting the packet ..just like that i have gone through my applications.. a small clarification

I am not sure of my status..

I have a valid H1-B till 2005 but no visa on the passport and
4 months back i have used Advance parole..now i got confused of my staus..

On i765.. there is acolumn asking about my staus.. i mentioned it
as

"Adjustment of Status (I485) Pending and H1b"

Is it ok to put like that..i know it is too late to ask ..

Advance Thanks
