EAD and AP renewal

Hi,

My EAD and AP expire on 12/23/03. Can anyone give me instructions or advice on how to renew them by myself?
I filed in VSC and live in the Washington D.C area.

h4 question

Hi all,

I have one question regarding H4 appling (for children) through
INS When this procedure strats(from which date).
Earlier we have to apply through approved h1b + company
letters.

Note : when it is start date h4 through ins.

Please help me

You have two choice
1. you can apply along with H1B
2. you can apply once H1B is approved.

Hi Edison,

I applying after in h1b approval.
Sitvation is i have I94 upto next year june2004(according to h1).
My son i94 oct 2001.While i am changing the company
i did't update my son h4.( but myself & son got stamping through saintlouio mo upto june2003).some how i forget
apply my son h4 in oct 2001.I am assumeing my son have upto june2003 and we applied get denial notice for my son.

How to resolve this i94 issue.
(my green card process going on.)

your help highly appreciate.

Visa is useful only for travelling. Your son need I-94/H4 approval notice to stay in this country. Apply for H4 extension for your son immediately. Also it would be better if your son doesn't travel outside the country since your son is out of status. Also if you started your GC process before April 30,2001 then your son might be eligible for GC using 245(i). Since your cases is complicated it is advisable to consult a good immigration attorney.


BTW, You should have created new thread instead of spoiling others' thread about EAD/AP. I'm spoiling this thread along with you by replying to your questions.
