Got my 2nd EAD and AP renewed. For those who are in minneapolis , the local office lets people in by 6:30 but by 5:00 in the morning people start to queue outside and they let 5 people at a time. It took me an hour to get to security check , another 2 hours to get into the main building and another 3 hours to finally meet the IIO.
Though the EAD was issued the same day , AP wasn't. Also unlike last time , I was asked to specify a date of travel and duration of visit. I am clueless as to why this new procedure . Can any body answer this one ?
Also Local minneapolis office will stop issuing EAD and AP from Jan 1st 2003. They suggest that you should apply for it atleast 90-120 days prior .
