Hi Guys,
I am a newbie here...
I filed my GC thru company A from Vermont SC. Recently, I moved to my client company B located in Texas. Company B is not willing to take responsibility for my GC. Company A is a big consulting company and have their own attorneys. Now, I need to renew my EAD and AP. My GC file is still with my company A attorney. Company A did not provided me the I-140 receipt#. I do not have all the information (except I485 receipts, EAD and AP ) related to my GC. I didn't file AC21.
Details of my App:
Labor filed : Dec 2002
Labor Approved : Jun 2003
I-140 Applied - Aug 2003
I-485, EAD1, AP1 Applied - Jan 2004
I-140 Approved - Jul 2004
EAD1 & AP1 approved - Jul 2004
EAD2 & AP2 applied - Mar 2005
EAD2 & AP2 approved - Jun 2005
1) Can I file the EAD and AP myself without approaching any attorney?
2) If the answer is Yes to Q1 and get an RFE for EAD or AP. Currently, my company A attorney is representing my file (in the G28 Form at USCIS). Do the USCIS send the RFE to me or to my attorney at company A?
3) When I renew my EAD, Is it mandatory to attach the I-140 receipt (or approval) notice and employment letter from the company B?
4) The company B falls under Texas SC. Is there a chance the file can be moved from VSC to TSC?
I really appreciate your help.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Som
