My EAD and AP are expiring in OCT 2004.While going through the forum I found out that AP/EAD are taking about 6 months to get renewed.I had a couple of questions regarding the EAD/AP renewal and wanted to ask you gurus
1)How many months in advance can I file the renewals for AP/EAD?
2) I am thinking of travelling to Indian in July.Would it be ok I file renewals and then visit india?Is there any regulation regarding stay in USA at the time renewal?
3) Can it be done electronically?If yes then is it fully e-renewal or does it still require some offline processes like visitng local INS office?
4) Can I file for AP/EAD renewal for my wife while she is visting india(assuming I have all the paperwork ready ..signed etc when she starts from here)
Some of questions might seems silly to you but a desi is a desi...gotta cover all sides
