EAD and AP renewal questions

Hi all

Is it necessary to have color photocopies for EAD and AP reneal applications. I saw a numbe rof people getting RFEs for that. But is it only for special registration countries?? I ma from India.

Also, The fee is payable to whom? in the form it says INS, but recently there was a name change? Could anyone who applied after the name chage clarify this
