EAD and AP renewal by self

I was wondering if i can go ahead and renew EAD and AP for me and my spouse, without going thru the lawyer. My lawyer charges me lot of money for filling in the forms.

I was wondering if anyone did personally and got approved.

Following are my question.

1. Do i need to send seperate packages for each one of us or can put both the applications in the same package.
2. regular mail or registered mail.
3. we did not receive my spouse's ead till now even though it got approved in march 2003. Did an address change 3 times as they did not update the address. each time we need to wait a month and then do it again.
4. I am not sure if we receive any email from cis confirming address change. All the times when i spoke with the IIO they said they will send a email confirmation. Last time i did address change its almost a month and i did not get any email confirmation yet.
5. As we did not get the ead cards for my spouse, should we say its a renewal or fresh application.
6. I read somewhere in the forum that we need to send them the stub that we receive along with the ead cards, as my spouse did not get the ead there is no stub. What needs to be done in this situation.

Also iunderstand that the fee for ead is 120 and ap is 110. These checks needs to be made to whom?

I would really appreciate your responses.

Thanks

I did on my own you can send in single packet. but i sent in different packet. There are some instance in which they interchanged the photographs of husband and wife
2. regular mail or registered mail.
We sent it through Fed-Ex. It is upto you to decide.
3. we did not receive my spouse's ead till now even though it got approved in march 2003. Did an address change 3 times as they did not update the address. each time we need to wait a month and then do it again.
I am not sure about what are you asking. But do not change the addres. USICS is typical burocratic setup. You will have similar problems. If you are intending to change the address then better to give some stable address from where you can get your EAD.
4. I am not sure if we receive any email from cis confirming address change. All the times when i spoke with the IIO they said they will send a email confirmation. Last time i did address change its almost a month and i did not get any email confirmation yet.
Previous time address change will not affect your current EAD. Whatever address you mention in this application EAD card will be sent to that address

I think it is renewal. But you can call and ask USICS directly.
6. I read somewhere in the forum that we need to send them the stub that we receive along with the ead cards, as my spouse did not get the ead there is no stub. What needs to be done in this situation.
It is not compulsary. You can just write you EAC number.
