I have recently filed for my EAD and AP which expires in the beginning of Jan'06. My 6th year also expires in Jan 2006.
Has anyone filed for EAD, AP and H1B extension from NSC and how much time did it take for renewal of EAD and H1B. what will be my status if I don't get back my EAD and H1B before Jan'06. I am working for my Green Card sponsored employer and have no plans to leave him yet..Appreciate your replies
