Hi Folks,
My case concurrent filing and I140/485/765/131 filed all at a time on Jan 28/2005 and RD is Feb 04/2005.
As of now my self and dependents I765/I131 not approved yet. How I can get my EAD. And also I am planning to travel outside US, in that case is there any possibility to get AP.
One more question I gave my FP on 03/18/2005. As of now there is no change in message to FP received. Two times LUD got changed right after I gave my FP. Any body has this situation. I called FBI and got answer as results sent to USCIS on same day.
