EAD and AP's orignal are lost in the mail, What should I do to get the new one's....,I have the online message says its been approved....Please help !

I have the same issue with respect to AP......Which was approved on Jan 9 but never reached my Attorney's office.....After several attempts.....all I could do was to re-apply for these AP documents...Hopefully I will get the approval soon.
The local INS ofice told me that sometime these documents do get lost in mail and they cannot do much about it
We are at their mercy basically......(talk about this land of Freedom!!)
