From June 30, 2007 the filing fees are going to go up! I am stuck in the NC since Feb. 2006.
I am on 2nd EAD/AD + my dependent. If we don't get the GCs by Dec. 07 - to be able to work and travel will cost me about $1,500 without the lawyer's fee.
I understand that life is not fair, but they have to promise the backlog ELIMINATION for people who filed I-485s before 6/30/07.
