EAD and AP E-filing, What Documents need to be mailed??

Hello there,

I filed my 2nd EAD and AP using e-filing. I need to send supporting documents by postal mail. Please share your experience and let me know what documents I need to send in support of my EAD nd AP applications.

I already got appointment for FP and Digital Picture.

1. Copies of eFile receipt notices
2. Copies of Driving license, current EAD , SSN etc
3. Copies of passport, I94
4. Copies of I485 receipt notices
5. AP application letter
6. 2 ADIT style pics for AP. (photographs at the service center is only for EAD)

What is the earliest I should apply for EAD renewal?
 
180 days before the expiration of your current EAD. Your renewal approval is expected within 3 months of application. If not, you can apply for an i-EAD after 3 months of your application.

Applying 180 days before the expiration date will give you enough time to apply for i-EAD (even if there is an RFE).

The drawback of applying early is...you may lose some time period on your new EAD. means...you may not get a back-to-back EAD.

So, its really your call.

Hi,

I plan to apply for EAD and AP on efiling process. Can you let me know how user friendly it is and what all you need to complete in it.

Also wanted to know what is the content for an AP letter and what is ADIT photographs?
