We aplied for I485 and AP and EAD at the same time and my wife got her EAD approved in a week and AP in 3 weeks. Mine is still pending. IS there anybody else out there who has similiar receip dates and have not heard back. Is this common. Do they not issue EAD and AP since I am still on H1B? My I140 has been approved recently? Does this sound like a problem? Thanks to everybody who shares their expriences...
