EAD AND AP Delayed

I applied for EAD and AP Feb 06/2007.
None of them have been approved yet. No RFE. LUD online March 9th on both.
Called USCIS customer service twice but no info. Same old . took refeerrral and if you dont hear from us in 45 days call back.
is any in the same situation. Any idea wgat could be wrong
