My first time EAD and AP got approved FROM NSC. Just thought will share it with those who got RFE and waiting.
Concurrent Filing
RD: November 23, 2002
ND: December 06, 2002
I-140: February 7, 2003
RFE: Color photocopy of passport, License on April 28, 2003
EAD approval: June 4, 2003 (not yet received card or approval notice, both online and AVM message got updated)
AP approval: May 28, 2003 (nothing has been updated but my lawyer received it on June 9, 2003)
I-485: God knows
Planning to go home and come back using AP. Does anybody know whether I need to provide EAD information to my HR once I come back? I am not planning to change employer rather stick to the same one. Any response is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.
