my fiance is a US citizen and we are getting married next month..i came to the US on L1 visa and switced to a H1 visa...im currently on H1 valid till march 2005. How long does it take to get an EAD and advanced parole...my H1 is currently not stamped for multiple entry because I havent left the county after getting an H1. I am planning to go to India in June...how does this work and what are the time periods im looking for an EAD and advanced parole. Should I go thru an attorney for filing the neccasary paperwork.
