EAD and Advance Parole

Hi GC Guru\'s,

My I-140 is approved from VSC, i work in Ohio. I have an option to apply my I-485 at VSC or NSC. If i apply at VSC, can i go to the local INS office in Ohio and get my EAD (extensions in future) and advance parole even though i don\'t fall under NSC.

There is no problem to get EAD and AP renewal from any local office. You can do it. i know several people who applied I485 in VSC and get there renewal from local offices which are under NSC.
