EAD and 485 application relation

Gurus,

I am applying for 485. My wife is pregnant and she can not get the vaccinations done. So she will get an RFE. My question is that can she still get her EAD in 90 days or there is an issue with that.

Another question is that after how many days of child birth can she get the required vaccination and x-ray.

As long as your wife has a pending I-485, she is entitled
to get an EAD. As for vaccination and x-ray, wait until
an RFE is issued. At that time, ask the doctor who
performed her test to complete the examination to satisfy
INS.
