EAD & Tax filing Question

Hi All,

Spouse used to work on EAD part time for 20 hr/week. And she worked only for few months. Now what all documents are needed for Filing 2001 taxes.

Can we simply mention it as other source of income, without any supporting
document or we have to call up the company and get some document for filing that income.

I think you will need a W-2 from the company.
