EAD & AP Renewal

Hi,

I did filled my I-485 during July 2001 and got approved EAD and AP during first week of Oct 2001.I did not get my GC approval yet and understand I need to apply for EAD and AP renewal before 90 expiration of EAD and AP.
Can I apply directly or should go through Employer only?. I did filled in Vermont but, I stay in California. Can I extend my EAD and AP directly at local INS office or should apply to Vermont only.

Your input will be highly appreciated.

NO. Iam working for same company who applied for my G.C

Employer has nothing to do with EAD, only thing you need is an attorney. Either get your....

own attorney or go thru employer attorney. It costs around $250 to apply thru attorney and 120 if you do it yourself.
