My I 485 Application was sent to CSC on 25th April, Attorney has received my wife’s AP receipt on Friday hopefully we will get rest this week.
My company has not applied for my EAD/AP as cost cutting measure; I would like to apply them on my own. Can some tell me in detail what needs to be done, I have filled I 131 and I 765.
1)What should I fill in number 16 in I 765
2)What date should I put in expected date of travel in Advance Parole
3)What are the documents I need to enclose and in what order. (I think we need to keep copy of I 485 receipt and copy of passport)
Can someone give me all the details?
