Hi
I got EAD, I-485, Advance parole receipts, and Finger prints done.
for both my wife and me.
EAD:
RD :Feb 20th
ND :APR 7th
AP:
RD :Feb 20th
ND :APR 7th
Finger prints done on APR 15th
1) Can I get Advance parole and EAD CARD from local INS office, because I am planning to go to India? OR shall I wait till i get from INS.
2) I got my I-797(h1-B) visa and I didn't revalidate on our passports. Will there be any problem if I do stamping in INDIA (Madras), if I didn't receive Advance parole before going to INDIA.
3) My wife (on H4 visa) is a Doctor, must start her residancy in June in Michigan. Hospital is ready to file an H-1 visa for her and
We didn't informed them that we applied for greencard.
a)Is it better to apply H1-B visa,so that if something goes wrong in GC process still she can continue her residency.
b) Is it ok, to get EAD card form local INS office and not to file H1-B visa and start working .
please respond ASAP
Thanks in advance
