EAD < 90 days

Depends on Center and officer I guess.
Some guys have reported success at BCIS Chicago, by taking a letter from employer saying that they will otherwise be terminated. They got iEAD valid for 90 days

San Jose is usually adamant about 90 days though.
I guess you just have to give it a shot, unless someone posts a real CA experience

Planned to do it @ Santa Ana, just want to know if anybody have done it through that center.
 
santa ana is 90 days but u can try ur luck. be there at 3.30 in the morning to get the token or else u wo't even get that.
 
iEAD at Santa Ana

I am at 75 days. Planning to go to Santa Ana to give a try.
