I filed for I140 and I485 in September 2003 at the NSC. I havent recevied my EAD yet. All that I have received after inquiring is a notice saying that my application is under review.
I have had to get an interim EAD 3 times now from the Chicago District office (each valid for 3 months) and now a year is approaching. Doesnt look like I'll be receiving anything soon.
Has anyone been through this? And does anyone know what this could result in ?
