EAD - 50 days

It's been 50 days since I've e-filed my EAD, not approved yet.
I did bio about 30 days back. Didn't have any LUDs after bio ( I usually saw LUDs previously after bio ).

I treid talking to TSC but is getting connected to NSCS and they have no more information online message.

Am I panicking a little too early? ANyone with recent EAD experience about processing times?

If you have filed 90 days before your current EAD expiry, if you do not see any changes until 60 days of your filing date. You can go to the info pass or call USCIS and they will put request for the expediate of your EAD to approve within 90 days. This is my understanding, but better call and talk to USCIS for peace of mind.

I've filed 120 days in advance. I don't know if I can say that there was no change in the last 60 days, coz' about 30 days back I completed my bio after I received appointment notice from USCIS. and from then I haven't seen any change. So technically it's been only 30 days since there is no change in my status, but 60 days since applied.
Calling USCIS was useless, they gave me no information and asked me to wait atleast 75 days after filing date.

Any one had EAD approvals recently .. how many days it took.. The processing time for 765 shows April 28, 2008 and mine was applied in May 2008. The strange thing is I applied 131 at the same time and that got approved last week ( after getting an RFE and reply etc )

Normally processing time for EAD/AP is always not true. They give that time 90 days by calculation (generic). Mine EAD and AP was apporved even before the time it was mentioned in processing dates. So very sure you will get approved very soon, should not have any problem. USCIS recommends you to call them if you do not see any update till 60 days. Make sure you go to the Info bass when you almost reach to thirty days of your current EAD expiry. Since you have filed 120 days before you are eligible by Info pass to recommend for your expedite EAD so that you will not be interrupted from your current employment. This is my understanding about EAD.
