I was looking at staus of receipt numbers close to mine and found this case. Could this just be a mistake or some kind of a special case.

I just checked EAC0305551334 and it was transferred to NY on June 30, 2003.

It looks like BCIS has changed their policy from FIFO/LILO to LIFO/FILO

May be concurrent processing with special case?

I don't know why but my employer is confident about getting my AOS in next 3/4 month and he reasons this with a confidence that once the concurrent processing guys started to process, they will get approved within no time..

May be these could be some special cases in concurrent processing?

I know that the first 4 digits after the EAC indicate the year and the month filed with the day of the year. e.g. EAC03025....indicates year 03, month 02 ( i.e. Nov.. since BCIS year end is Sep.) .. so these cases look like filed in Feb 03 ?? Any comments gurus ????

How can you tell these cases be of Dec. just looking at the message?

My RD/ND is Oct02/ Nov. 02.

They also might have same ND for their application
