Sometimes if the FP results are unclear despite twice finger-printing or if there's any "hit" (results match with some history on record), they transfer the case ahead of adjudication queue. I am not 100% sure that this is the procedure, but I have seen such transfers in past, too, that were well ahead of reported processing speed and the only reason I can have guess at it, is as above.
Though I wish they are looking at 02-124-5* series!
