Guys just to cheer up everybody I am posting this info. This EAC number is some what close with my EAC # & I am keep watching this EAC just as reference to see anything is happening in my neighborhood.
It's interesting to note that this EAC got RFE some time OCT and then received the required information in beginning of this Nov. It's amazing to see they processed it within weeks and approved it.
So, don't get upset for not seeing many approval in this forum for a while. May be INS is slow in processing now a days but they are still doing something.
To tell u the truth now a days I am worrying too much about our EAD renewal which we applied last week. Our EAD is expiring on JAN 02, 2003.
Our I485 RD is oct 18, 2001, EB2. I think it may be a while before our case will be approved.
One more thing ....
One of my close friend with RD sep. 2001, EB3 got approved recently. In fact he changed his job after 180 days and also informed the INS about it. But surprisingly there were no RFE in their case.
One last thing, Guys please keep this forum to discuss the Immigration related topics only. Please for god sake don't insult others feelings. We all are coming here to get some comfort during the painful waiting period. Let it be that way.
