Mine is a Nov, 2001 RD case and we did out 2nd FP this month. Talked to IIO and they did receive the FP. But, the case is not yet assigned to an officer and as always she said that it will take 30-60 days for assignment.
In this situation, is it good to wait and see what happens or will it be better to cotact senator or congressman's office?
Any comments will be appreciated.
