I just got an e-mail from my lawyer. Somewhow they got through to speak with the VCS about my case status.

What an IIO told them is, it will take another 4 months to reach my case, as they still processing 1/15/02 and my Receive Date is 1/29/02.

Hold on guys, it's just 16 weeks. Nothing, concidering how long we've waited.

have you applied for 3rd ead, and what did they say about the 2nd fp, did you receive any

Yes, I have applied for the 3rd EAD (Receive Date October 29, 2003). They did not mention anything about the 2nd FP. I suspect I will not receive anything untill they "touch" my case.
