I have been scanning this range of cases daily. No change since Sep. 2. Only two transftered on Sep. 2. One approved on 7/17/03 (Lucky one).

Yes I am checking 02-139 series no changes since sep 03 .Dont know why?.Is USCIS stoped processing the cases because of the name change or why ???.
