As the INS claims they are working on October most early October cases would have probably been all cleared subject to FBI final approval, except RFE and trfd cases. The two huge lots are EAC 02-053 & EAC02-054 in October per Rupnet.

Remeber if you are early October 2001 and have not heard from INS at all, there is a vey good chance that your case is approved by INS and awaiting the FBI check which should be a formality.

Anyone knows if people in either of these two gigantic lots(see Rupnet) has got RFE's approvals etc.

Refer to the thread starting by Kia on early oct cases, they are about 20 or so people who are waiting without and RFE's .
