Today My collegue called an IIO and was told that RFI is issued for his case

My case is with officer for review. I had called in the morning and a MALE IIO told me that my case is being reviewed but in between he asked me some thing which I didnt get properly ( regarding my kid . Note that I have not applied 485 for kid )
I again called up and got across with a very rude lady who was not ready to give any information and was just after me that "Sir why are you calling again n again this is not going to change status of application and still we are working two months behind your application and bla bla ... ) Finally she just hung up.
I dont know what the other guy was talking about?
I will wait for couple of week or so before calling again.
Last time for FP also they told that I have to wait and same day in the evening my lawyer informed me that they have received my FP notice. I dont know how much calling IIo\'s help?
Another incidence.
Some days back I called and a lady by name lucy told me that my case is with an officer for review I didnt beleive her and again called and other lady told that my case is pending and is still not assigned to officer.
Whom do U beleive?
