My mom works for a bank and has been for four years now. She is on a spouse E2 visa because my dad has his own business and he is the primary E2 visa holder.
She wants her company to sponsor her, she would be under the "Management - Financial" category in the DOT.
Can she start the PERM process while still working on her E2 or does she have to abandon her E2? She doesn't have a college diploma or BS or AS in her field.
