Hello All, I have been in the USA foe 9 years now, always with and E1 and E2 visa. I,m in a process of the permanent residency, on the labor certification step, resumes has been posted and I,m closer and closer to get my green card. I have been driving for UBER the last year on weekends. am I in trouble with migration authorities for having another sources of income? I did pay my taxes on that income. Please advise.
