Hello, everyone;
Do you know if it is possible to convert E2 to H1B? I read it on a lawyer's website that INS looks bad upon people who do that because it seems E2 was just a ploy to stay in US till you get H1B. I am afraid of not being able to come to US if they deny me.
Does anyone have experience of it being possible?
