E1 denied and what’s next

I had H1b with 7 years with middle of waiting for opening I-485 and I got laid off last Sep and I applied E1 visa last Oct but I got denied notice.
Is there any option? Should I appeal or ? I haven't got letter from INS yet.
Please help me with any comment…

keep trying until they dont try to get u out of the country... thats what i m doing...good luck
