The E visa category was established to give effect to treaties between those foreign countries and the United States that provide for reciprocal benefits to nationals of each country who conduct trade between the two countries (E1 Treaty Trader visa) or who invest in the other country (E2 Treaty Investor visa).

Yeah, and E3 are visas for Australians. Everybody knows that Australians are getting their visas in Manila, so the most appropriate place to put up the cut off dates for E3s are Manila consulate web page.

If info is correct this is too bad. So, relax. Real bulletin could be only better.

My opinion is some punk put IE-infecting trojan up in Manila consulate website and everybody is just dying to see it, get computer infected and may be get a heart attack because the good news. The good news is I doubt trojan works.
