Please help to obtain immigration reforms for dependant children of E visa holders to enable them to get a green card.
Children who arrive on L2 or H1 b dependant can have a pathway to a green card and if The Dream act is passed then illegal children will do also, so what about these forgotten children?
Think about it, if these E 2 children do get a pathway to a green card they can inturn sponsor their parents (E visa holders) for a green card
In you e-mail please say you support www.expatvoice.org for an amendment to the CSPA (Child status protection act ) and a compassionate visa on a case by case basis as when a main visa holder passes away, the spouse is immiedaiatley illegal yet they can inherit the biz, go to probate, pay tax on the inheritance yet loose their work autho and are out of status

My congressman, Connie Mack, has agreed to take action if enough people contact him with concerns about E2 restrictions (no path to permanent residence/kids aging out etc.). I intend to absolutely bombard him with emails and have contacted everyone I can think of asking them to write. If you all do the same, we might be able to change the laws that are causing so much distress. I own a hair salon, so I have access to a lot of people who are willing to help.
