Hi
Me, my wife and 2 young children are UK citizens but currently in US on VWP setting up a retail business. We are now close to finalizing the business plan and will soon apply for the E visa. We will be going back to UK later this month.
Does anyone know what the waiting times are for the interview or for the visa to be processed?
I already have the business operational with 2 full time employees and seeking 1 part time employee, have signed a 5 yr lease on the premises. So I have already put approx. $40k in the business and still have approx. $35k in the business checking account.
Do you think I've done the right thing in how I've gone about trying to obtain the E visa and do you think I have a good chance of obtaining it ?
Any feedback/comment/advise will be greatly appreciated.
