I am still unable to check my status online and now they don't even have a customer service center we can call...:(

In any event, my details are below-

Application received at Buffalo- September 25th 2001
AOR- November 15th 2001
Sent status letter March and received reply in April
Sent second Status letter After July 15th and received reply August 20th telling me to wait a little longer. This time I was also told not to send anymore status inquiries.

It is almost the same with me , I am also still unable to check my status online.

AOR - November 15th 2001
AOR says wait for 30 weeks, already 45 weeks.

Sent Six faxes for get the status and one for address change but received NO reply as of date (Sep. 27th 2002)

If you hit any idea or any news please post.

I had faxed the address change form.
In return I got a letter saying that it would take about 52 weeks since AOR and that they were processing applications recieved in July 2001 at that point.

SO you mean to say, you got the information from Buffalo office in June or July 2002 that they are processing the application recieved in July 2001. and what is your AOR ?

Yes, plus they added that it will take upto 52 weeks since AOR (as against 30 weeks that they used to say earlier).

Incidently I never asked for all this information, I had just faxed them a simple address change form and they replied with all this.
 
status letter

I had faxed them a 'change of address' form too and I received a status update letter saying my file is ready to be reviewed and that I would hear from them in the "coming months". This was a month ago when I moved. No news yet. AOR was 15th Nov. 2001.
