I am trying to efile my EB1 application. I have the following question.

Is every efiling is a premium processing?

If an attorney represent me can i still file efiling myself. I wanted my application to reach TSC.

No every efile is not a premium processing.

Yes, if you are the petitioner then you can file even though attorney is representing your case.
